Welcome to Yam Yoga — I'm Dr. Manal Alrubaish, a yoga instructor and life coach based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My goal is to help you breathe well, release stored emotions, stay focused on your goals, and feel grounded in daily life. I've been teaching Yam Yoga in-house since 2018, alongside classes and events across different studios and communities, and my approach blends mindful movement, steady alignment, and strong breath–body connection to support strength, flexibility, stress relief, and calm.
